About Me

I am a motivated and experienced workplace trainer specialising in various organisational workplace topics. I run a variety of programs ranging from organisational strategy, workplace culture, team building, communication, conflict resolution, dealing with difficult behaviours, leading with emotional intelligence, work and personal priorities, time management, continuous improvement and innovation, managing change, alternate dispute resolution, human resources processes, performance feedback, leading others, workplace safety, resilience building and personal wellbeing, diversity management, and safety leadership. I have extensive experience facilitating accredited and non-accredited courses across a diverse range of industries in the public and private sectors. I work with organisations to provide training and development in a time and cost efficient manner.

I am passionate about assisting people fulfil their potential. I aim to engage and inspire participants when I facilitate and always seeks to illustrate the practical application of theory to ensure that participants leave training with a variety of skills and tools that are immediately applicable to their job roles and their organisations. I seek to create a relaxed atmosphere in my workshops to facilitate an environment of trust and security to ensure a robust dialogue around the content areas being covered.

I also support the work of two not for profits, The Edmund Rice Foundation and Youngcare. In 2016 I led a 2 week Gone Fishing Leadership Immersion program into the slums of Nairobi in Kenya as part of my voluntary work and continue to do work locally to support outcomes for these two entities.

How It Works

The programs are designed to be interesting and will always include a mix of relevant information and activities with time dedicated to asking questions and discussion. The programs are an excellent opportunity for networking with employees in a safe and supportive environment. This forum allows for participants to have a greater awareness of current issues and challenges being faced by the workgroups and opportunities to be solution focussed in overcoming them.
